This article brings some contributions of theoretical, regarding the digital inclusion of teachers and administrators in schools in Bethlehem, and the difficulties that are to use information technology and communication in the student environment. Discusses about the computing infrastructure acquired by government projects and makes an allusion to the difficulty of teachers in relation to training related to the use of technology
