摘要

This paper relates an approach to the steps involved to develop the speech recognition system using frequencyspectral information with Mel frequency implemented on MATLAB. Speech recognition is embedded on variousapplications like call-centres, voice services, mobile phones, car computer board, voice command, and remoteaccess to computers. It is not a simple task to design an accurate speech recognition algorithm with the ability toverify person identity, filtering and adapting to the acoustic conditions and provide controlled access by voiceauthentication for any security system is required. Another scope of this project is to develop a real application ofan automatic photography system with voice command.
