摘要

Considering the electric vehicle load characteristics, distributed power, load and market price uncertainty, a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) stochastic optimal dispatching strategy is proposed. The strategy encourages the user to charge in the low load period and applies the result of the charging strategy to the estimation of the load uncertainty and compares the difference between this method and the other conventional charging strategies on the operating cost of the virtual power plant. In order to maximize the benefit of virtual power plant, the optimization scheduling method based on Monte Carlo simulation and point estimation is compared, and the improved teaching and learning optimization algorithm is used to solve the stochastic optimal scheduling model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed optimal scheduling method is verified by an example of 18 nodes.
