Spatial Analysis of Cultural Development Indicators in Hormozgan Province using Planning Models

However challenges of development are complex, they can be dealt with in order to reduce and eliminate. In recent years, many studies have been done on the development but any of them are not centered on economic development. This research is an analytical- practical and the findings were analyzed based on TOPSIS and numerical taxonomy models. Data collection is done by field and library method. Based on the 48 parameters measured in this study for the cultural development of the Hormozgan Province (Iran), it is resulted that Hormozgan Province suffers from underdevelopment of culture rights. The results indicate that based on TOPSIS method, the city of Abu Musa by a development coefficient of 0.54 was in the first rank and considered as the most developed, while Khamir by a development coefficient of 0.03 is ranked as the eleventh and known the most deprived city in comparison
