摘要

A simple, rapid and low-cost potentiometric method for determination of dicyclomine, anticholinergiccompound, in pharmaceutical formulations is introduced. Dicyclomine-tetraphenyl borate ion-paircompound was first synthesized and then applied as a sensing element in preparation of the PVCmembrane sensor. The best PVC membrane sensor response was obtained by a membrane composition-5 of 30% PVC, 63% DBP, and 7% ion-pair. The detection limit of the sensor was obtained 110 M.The proposed sensor has a fast response time of less than 15 s. The proposed method was successfullyapplied in determination of dicyclomine in some pharmaceutical formulations.
