摘要

The author focuses on the need of teachers self-improvement, as it contributes to their successful career. Also it is noted, that the organization of independent cognitive teachers activity requires feasible, scientific and complex approach in order that its results will be meaningful and effective. The article analyzes the factors that promote successful teachers self-education, features of self-development actualization, influence of information and telecommunication technologies on the quality of teachers self-education in higher education establishments. The author of the article defends the necessity of psychological and methodological aspects development of Internet-technologies use.
