FUNCTIONAL AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF RESEARCH AND PEDAGOGICAL STAFF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM

Today, the conduct of business documents using computer means no one is surprised. But the question of processing and moving data, information and necessary reports formation for representation of documents on licensing and accreditation of higher education institutions remain relevant. This article is an example of information system "Regular Form" for the account of higher education pedagogical staff. Its structural and functional analysis is carried out as well as it is shown possibilities of its use for reports formation represented on licensing or accreditation examination. Formed data from IS "Regular Form" can be exported in Microsoft Word or Excel.
