PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables efficient recalculation of a structural analysis in which a processing load of region splitting is reduced, in parallel computing of the structural analysis using a plurality of computers.SOLUTION: A structure analysis system 10 includes: a mesh data storage section 122 for storing data of a mesh model generated from a CAD model of a structural analysis object; stiffness matrix storage sections 124a to 124n each for storing a stiffness matrix of a calculation region obtained by splitting the mesh model into a plurality of pieces; a mesh shape change section 105 for, when the design of the CAD model is changed, changing a shape of the existing mesh model according to the shape change of the CAD model; and a stiffness matrix update section 106 for updating the stiffness matrix stored in the stiffness matrix storage section 124 in the calculation region which includes an element of which nodal point coordinate has been changed by the shape change of the mesh model.
