摘要

This study was to evaluate the performance of humanresources in high-technology industries using DEMATELand process network analysis phase. The researchmethodology was based on a descriptive type of datacollection. The subjects of the study comprised of allemployees (8887 persons) woking in Iran Air (HOMA).Total, 365 questionnaires were collected from staffs whichwere analyzed to evaluate the performance of employeeswhere the integration of ANP-DEMATEL indicators wasprioritized.
