摘要

The purpose of this research is to identify and provide solutions from perspective of teachers and administrators for problems faced by school principals in management and inspection, guiding related people to improve quality of education. The research seeks to answer the question, “what?should be?administrators’ role?in overcoming?the problems in educational institutions?arising from?scientific?progressand?changes, dissemination of culture of quality, and adaptation to change and information society?” The population of the research is composed of administrators and teachers that served in Van during 2010 to 2011 academic year.?Measurement tool was?created?with?the participation of?primary schools?teachers and administrators,?developed and implemented?in consultation with?experts?working invarious universities;?Kruskal-Wallis?test was used in analysis of?the data collected.This?analysis?was done with?the computer?statistical package?for social science (SPSS) for Windows?12:00.?Cronbach?alpha?coefficient?was?calculated?as?0.95.
