摘要

A simple and low-cost strategy for a three-dimensional (3D) helical microreactor was introduced by wrapping a thin silicone or poly(vinyl chloride) tube around a plastic screw mold. Through this method, the helical shape of the 3D microreactor was fabricated and complicated traditional processes were eliminated. After the investigation of the continuous polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a simple microreactor with a novel component was successfully fabricated; such a method could be convenient for designing a miniaturized PCR device.
