Induccin y contrastacin en la teora organizacional y el management

摘要

The purpose of this article is to question the played role for the induction andfalsi?cation in the organizational theory and management discipline upholding thetheory arguments done by Karl Popper, and connecting them with the process ofthe theory development since the administration point of view. It will analyzespeci?cally the development of the Resource Dependence Theory by Pfe€ er andSalancik at the end of the 70 decade, and the problem of management fads exposedby Huczynski in 1993, giving evidence of the importance of the induction andfalsi?cation, through testing, in the construction of the administration theory.This article concludes what is happening about the theory development in theadministration, and the possible present threats for the evolution and consolidationof the administration discipline.
