摘要

The Kα1,2 X-ray spectrum of 48Cd bombarded with 22.5 MeV/amu 16O ions was measured with a bent crystal spectrometer. The diagram and hyper satellite Kα1 and Kα2 lines were resolved from their corresponding L-shell satellites. The experimental data are compared with the theoretical Kα1,2 and Khα1,2 spectra based on the multi-configuration Dirac–Fock calculations. The influence of the additional M-subshell ionization on the diagram and hyper-satellite lines is discussed.
