Most of the developing countries have started to implement the online system or system based to the respective area that they are doing. The aim is to increase their quality, efficiency, productivity and competitiveness in their service. Nowadays, searching can be done by system which is much faster compared to the past decades, searching of file or information has been done manually. Moreover, searching technique is the most popular technique used by the search engines such as Google or Yahoo!, to find the similar files in response to the user s queries. Thus, through this project, we would like to develop a prototype system which can automatically validate conference papers which are submitted by researchers based on the conference themes that have been organized. As we study, the existing validation for conference papers have been validated manually by the administrator. With the present of the system, it helps to improve the validation task through the system. The technique will be used is similarity search technique based on keywords, so that all the papers submitted can be verified by the system automatically. As a result, it is useful to improve the services conducted by the conference organizer.
