Master Bijoy, 16-year-old boy, second child ofconsanguineous marriage hailing from Comilla wasadmitted in Dhaka Medical College Hospital with thecomplaints multiple confluent papules mainly in theboth armpits, flexural aspect of both elbow joints,groins, upper part of both legs, both angles of the lipand left side of the neck. They are not associatedwith itching, scaling or pain. He also experiencedwrinkling of the skin over the left thigh and laxity ofthe skin of both armpits, flexural surface of elbowjoint and groins. There was no scarring,hyperkeratosis or cicatrisation, no discharge orbleeding. Fundoscopy reveals evidence of optic nervedrusen. Evidence of angoid streak appearance of theleft fundus.
