According paper review, it is found that the application systems of the thermoelectric divided into two groups; cooling-heating systems and power generation systems. The present study has continuously performed from Hommalee et al. [38] by designing the new water block embedded with heat sink to obtain the maximum cooling capacity with computational fluid dynamic (CFD), fabri- cation of designed water block, and then test to determine the cooling and heating capacity of the cold-hot water dispenser with new water block (TMS II). The cooling —heating effects of the modified TMS II, and energy consumption are compared with those from the prior works.
