The paper according to cheerleading teaching cooperation mode learning method and teaching features, it carries out comprehensive assessment on 14 indicators by applying analytic hierarchy process method. Research shows the assessment way and indicator weight can clearly reflect that compiling teaching plan ability ismost important in cheerleading teaching, fromwhich: compiling teaching plan ability 11 K > improving students??? selfdefensive ability 12 K > implementing syllabus ability 14 K > making teaching program ability 13 K > motion correctly demonstration ability 21 K > terms applying ability 23 K > training method applying ability 32 K > language hint ability 24 K > referee ability 33 K > correctly grasp demonstration opportunity ability 22 K > training result prediction ability 31 K > proper selecting teaching method ability 34 K > training using common teaching method ability 35 K > essential of exercise analytic ability 25 K . So use the paper established comprehensive assessment system, it can play a well guiding role in future cheerleading teaching selection aspect.
