A method and an apparatus of analytic hierarchy process based on a canonical correlation analysis and a recording medium using the same are provided to extract the deliberation decision candidate data rationally and efficiently. Input data based on hierarchical structure are received from a user, wherein the hierarchical structure includes plural alternative plans used in the discussion about the request of a project, concerned party who participates in the discussion(110). A canonical correlation analysis is performed according to the significance and influence of the concerned party(120), and plural plans are selected in priority according to the inputted evaluation crisis by using the result of the performed canonical correlation analysis(130). The selected plans are verified(140), and the plans corresponding to the priority for a certain project are extracted based on the verified priority(150).
