Fonterra joins worldwide surge in dairy plant orders

Germany's GEA Group has won a €40 million order from the world's biggest dairy exporter Fonterra for a new milk powder plant. The plant for the New Zealand dairy co-op will be operational in August 2012. GEA Group has received a flurry of orders from dairy processors recently, according to chief executive officer, Jiirg Oleas.
