Worldwide catastrophic Incidents analysis at urea plants in last 50 years and evaluating safe guards at own plant

Data collected for the major accidents in urea plants in the last 50 years, root cause was identified for each accident and then learning was picked from each accident. in the next step, extensive analysis was done with regard to safeguarding we have in place at our facility. We evaluated in detail that our facility is adequately protected and there is least possibility that any catastrophic incident will happen at our plant.
