Macdonald named as chair of ICA in UK

Bruce Macdonald has been named as chairman of the International Cheese Awards at Nantwich in the UK. He has 38 years experience of the cheese industry, having started to learn cheese grading in the 1980s when employed by Express Foods. In 1992 he was appointed as company cheese grading manager. In 2006 he joined Bel-ton Cheese at Whitchurch, and in 2008 was employed by Dairygold Foods Ingredients. In November 2010 he became self-employed providing a cheese grading and training service.
