The paper presents the structural and functional rehabilitation of an industrial building from the early 20th century in Naples, Italy, now dismantled. The rehabilitation design is devoted on one hand to retrofit the existing steel structure, on the other hand to adapt the building to the new destination of use, as multisports centre.%La memoria presenta il progetto di recupero statico funzionale di un edificio industriale costruito agli inizi del 1900 a Napoli, oggi dismesso. Il progetto di riabilitazione è orientato da un lato al recupero della struttura di acciaio esistente, dall'altro lato al suo adeguamento alla nuova destinazione d'uso quale centro sportivo multivalente.
