As companies look to grow their customer base, they are continually seeking ways to provide greater levels of customer service in order to attract and retain patrons. Although most organizations realize that providing great customer service is an essential part of their everyday operation, many are saddled with corporate mandates to remain responsive but cut costs. In order to meet corporate goals and still provide customers with the answers they need quick- ly, accurately and efficiently, organizations are turning to service resolution management.
