UK corporate governance code guidance

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) has published a draft of its Improving Board Effectiveness guidance for public consultation. The ICSA was commissioned by the UK's Financial Reporting Council in December 2009 to lead a steering group to review the Higgs Guidance (a best practice guide for boards on the implementation of the UK's corporate governance code).
