One of the interesting aspects of writ-this article each month is that it is always written a month ahead of publication. A lot can happen in the month between writing this article and the actual publication. By the time you read this we should have an Executive Director hired and on his way to the city of Morgantown. During late February each of the two finalists were invited to Morgantown. Both of them spent nearly two days at headquarters reviewing documents and trying to get an understanding of who AACE International is and what we expect to be in the future. Based on these visits and input from the staff, a front runner was chosen to be the next Executive Director of AACE International. The selection committee began negotiations with the front runner in March.
