President's Message March/April 2020

Welcome to this Condition Monitoring edition of the Industrial Eye. CM is an evergrowing field in our industry sector, this was evident with its significant presence at our recent conference in Adelaide. The shared synergies between NDT and CM are a continued focus for the AINDT. I would like to thank the Vice President. Mr Nick Eleftheriou, for writing the last edition's message whilst I was participating in part of a round the world yacht race, and was uncontactable. Writing this message now with the current news headlines, I am thinking it may be better to still be at sea and not worrying about the C0VID-19 Pandemic and its effects on the health of our communities and the potential impact to our industry.
