Education has been one of the strongest performing sectors over the past two years, buoyed by strong government investment centred on Building Schools for the Future; Glenigan recorded an 11 per cent rise in project starts last year.rnUnderlying planning approvals were also strong despite a weak first quarter of 2009, up 23 per cent for the year as a whole against 2008.
