摘要

THE Covid-19 pandemic is starting to disrupt Brazil's oil sector, with a growing number of cases detected offshore, crewing difficulties and a Petrobras "resilience plan" combining to heap pressure on the supply chain. SBM Offshore and Modec, the two biggest charterers of floating production, storage and offloading units in Brazil, have each been forced to evacuate crews over the last week.
