Killby & Gayford has been installing pre-cast concrete letters to the new entrance pavilion at Thornton Heath public library In south London.rnThe firm is refurbishing the Carnegie Library under a deslgn-and-build contract for Croydon Council. Works on the 48-week programme include two timber-framed extensions, and rationalising floor levels so that the library complies with disability discrimination legislation.
