Materials set to absorb rise in tender prices

Construction firms expect moderate rises in tender prices in the face of rapidly increasing input prices, according to two reports this week. Tender prices are expected to climb at an annual rate of 3 per cent over the next two years, according to the Tender Price Index, compiled by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor's Building Cost Information Service.
