A construction company has been fined ￡4,000 at Leicester Magistrates' Court after a Health and Safety Executive investigation found it had endangered the lives of its workers and the public. Saleh Properties was demolishing a disused factory in Orson Street on 21 April last year when an inspector found that the building was at risk of collapse.
