BREEAM TAKES THE LEED

In common with most new developments, the Moorgate Exchange is being built to rigorous environmental and energy-efficiency standards. Given the wide-ranging appeal of the City of London as a base for foreign companies, the scheme is being developed to meet not just one set of environmental assessment rating standards but two. The team is targeted with hitting an Excellent rating under the BREEAM assessment system commonly seen on projects around the UK as well as Platinum under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design criteria.
