Two firms have been shortlisted for TH Real Estate's £400m office scheme at 40 Leadenhall Street, Construction News can reveal. Mace and Laing O'Rourke will go head-to-head on the project after two other contractors were ruled out of the race earlier this year. The bid list of four was made up of Laing O'Rourke, Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine and Skanska.
