In the wake of the EU referendum and post-election turmoil, concrete contractors remain wary of what the future holds but are yet to experience a significant deterioration in their fortunes. London-based Morrisroe, which is working on Spurs' new stadium for main contractor Mace, has benefited from the fact that much of its work is in the capital. In particular, residential jobs have made up an increasing share of its turnover in the last year.
