Kier scoops broadband contract

Kier has won its first contract with Openreach on its Network Services Agreement. The multimillion-pound contract for an initial five-year term will provide planned and reactive fibre and copper services in Hampshire and Berkshire. Openreach is the division of BT Group that maintains the telephone cables, ducts, cabinets and exchanges that connect nearly all homes and businesses in the UK to the national broadband and telephone network.
