John Sisk & Son has been chosen by Moda Living to build a 42-storey skyscraper in Birmingham. Work is due to start this month on the £184m project, the biggest residential development in the city. The 481-apartment scheme on Broad Street has been designed for the rental market and will feature a number of on-site amenities, including a 200 m podium running track - one of the first in UK housing. Work started on site late last week and is set to be completed by 2022.
