McLaren scoops £l20m Brighton redevelopment

McLaren Construction has been selected by developer First Base to deliver the £l20m redevelopment of Amex House in Brighton. Located in the Edward Street Quarter of the city, the project will include 170,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, as well as 168 new homes. Amex House's revamp has been designed by architect BuckleyGrayYeoman. Demolition of the existing building is now complete, with construction set to commence in May 2019.
