Non-compliant construction equipment continues to find its way into Europe. C E C E is taking action to highlight the dangers of such machines to users, owners, financers and insurers alike, and hopes the forthcoming New Legislative Framework will improve market surveillance.rnThe flow of non-compliantrnconstruction equipment (NCE) into the EU poses a threat to workers and legitimate manufacturers alike. It also damages the environment by failing to meet the stringent standards required by EU authorities.
