Editorial teams from CE's sister publications Access International (Al), International Rental News (IRN) and International Cranes and Specialized Transport (ICST) were present at the SAIE 2012 exhibition in Bologna, Italy, and coverage from the show - which ran from 18 to 21 October - is available on khl.com. The event was overshadowed to some extent by an accident on the opening day, which was captured on camera and reported by Al. An aerial platform operator was injured when a 32m tracked platform on the CMC stand toppled over at the exhibition, with the basket coming to rest on the roof of an adjoining hall after hitting machines on a neighbouring stand.
