Terex Finlay has launched a new two-deck tracked mobile inclined screen - the 684 -which it claims is highly versatile and adaptable. The double deck screens measuring 4.3 by 1.6m has full catwalk access and are said to provide efficient screening capabilities even at small aggregate sizes. The screenbox features quick wedge tensioning, access holes and bottom deck hydraulic tensioning system to reduce time required for mesh changes. All three discharge conveyors hydraulically fold for transport providing the operator with rapid set up and tear down times - indeed, Terex Finlay claims the plant can be folded and ready for transport in less than half an hour.
