If you have small children, you know what is to worry about them— sometimes to the point of utter, even hopeless, distraction. It's worse, of course, when the kids are off at school, or when they're on a play date, or, let's face it, when they're just plain out of the house. Short of shackling the little darlings with case-hardened steel cuffs until SAT time rolls around, you might consider technology's newest solution to keeping tabs on the offspring: Global Positioning System-based devices that can tell you exactly where the kids are-within yards or even feet-every minute that they're out of your sight.
