C. Cretors, the designer and manufacturer of food processing and concession equipment, has introduced the Tosty Roaster nut roaster. Using a simple batch-roast process, the Tosty Roaster roasts up to eight pounds of peanuts in 45 minutes, and warms pre-roasted peanuts in just 15 minutes. The Tosty Roaster's stainless steel design augments efficient nut roasting and warming. Designed for ease of use, nuts are loaded from the top of the machine into the heating drum for roasting or warming and then, once prepared, dropped from the drum directly into the serving bin for easy serving. For operator convenience, separate switches control the temperature, drum rotation cycles, the serving bin, lights and sound.
