Speciality Chocolate Books

Belcolade and Editions Francoise Blouard have announced the global launch of two books on speciality chocolate. Matiere Chocolat, the new book by Stephane Leroux, features 144 pages of chocolate sculptures, such as a wave, a rose, granite, a bamboo cane and a mahogany plank. The book is sold as a box set along a second 'technical book' with 416 pages where Leroux explains in detail how to achieve the sculptures.
