Dutch bakery ingredient company CSM has introduced a range of fat-reduction bakery ingredients into the French market.rnThe Invisible Goodness range will allow industrial bakers to reduce fat by around 30% and will be suitable for a range of pastry products, including cakes, Danish pastries, croissants and puff pastry.rnThe company notes that the ingredients will allow bakery manufacturers to make reduced fat claims on their products, in accordance with current EU regulations.
