Based in Blackwood, south Wales, Bon Bon Buddies, founded in 1993, has eight dedicated European sales and logistics facilities, with further distribution in markets including central Eastern Europe, China and the United Arab Emirates. The company works in partnership with leading entertainment and toy brand owners including Disney, Warner Bros, Nintendo, Mattel and Hasbro. Bon Bon Buddies won a Queen's Award for enterprise for international trade in 2013 in recognition of its outstanding achievement in innovation, international trade and sustainable development. Dyer joined Bon Bon Buddies as sales director in 2007.
