Why is it when we hit recession, training budgets in so many companies are the first things to be cut? Training is possibly the single most important thing we can offer our employees, whether it covers hearth and safety, sales or technical training. Improving knowledge in all these topics becomes a valuable way of improving and growing our businesses.
