Hamburg Sued returns to reign as number one, which it held for most categories in every survey since mid-2012, until the last survey when it lagged behind OOCL which grabbed pole position. This time Hamburg Sud was followed closely by Hapag-Lloyd, appearing in the top three scores for all categories. China Shipping has marginally improved since the last North American survey, receiving the lowest scores in only three categories, compared with the previous five categories. These were in 'timely bills of lading', 'consultation on schedule changes', and 'on-time shipments'.
