摘要

This study proposed a comparison of shod and barefoot gait of young children with variations in heel height, upper height and sole stiffness. Influence of age and speed of progression were also considered.Barefoot condition appeared poles apart compared to any shoe criteria.Upper height variation seemed to be the most influent criterion compared to heel height and sole stiffness variation.Ankle seemed to be the joint most influenced by shoe wearing while knee and hip are more influenced by the speed of progression.
