摘要

This work presents an experimental analysis of biome-chanical behaviour of spinal fixation by four different surgical techniques. A specific spinal-loading simulator has been developed to impose physiological solicitations on these specimens. Biomechanical responses of these different options have been characterised from measurements of ROM by a 3D optical method. According to our results, minimally-invasive surgical technique is an interesting solution after a burst fracture by providing a good compromise between biomechanical stabilisation and invasiveness. Although kyphoplasty standalone is responsible for a higher mobility, its association with a percutaneous posterior fixation gives an efficient stability.
