Eignung der extraktiven Dialyse zur Bestimmung von Dexamethason in Eiern mittels ELISA

The extractive dialysis is a simple and efficient method for the extraction and concentration of veterinary drugs from foods, especially in the case of weakly polar compounds such as the adrenocorticoidsteroids. The method was applied to the de- termination of dexamethasone in eggs and egg products. Because dexamethasone is present mainly in its free form the method is suitable for screening purposes. In combination with the ELISA technique many samples can be screened with this re- liable method. A quantitation limit of 0, 1 μg/l can easily be achieved.
